
About the Role
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products or answering questions.
Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly arranged and properly labeled.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and checkout areas.
Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to supervisors.
Receive deliveries, inspect merchandise for quality and quantity, and store items in designated areas.
Assist with pricing, labeling, and promotional activities as directed by management.
Follow safety and security procedures to prevent accidents, theft, and loss.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
