

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At A&C Enterprises FZC-LLC, we provide professional consultancy services related to international education, immigration, and relocation. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be considered.
By engaging our services and making a payment via our secure payment links, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Services
Our consultancy services involve providing expert advice, document review, coordination support, and strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex international processes. We do not directly issue visas, school placements, or insurance policies; instead, we guide clients through these systems and refer or connect them with the appropriate third parties.
2. Payments to Third Parties
Payments made to external institutions such as:
Universities or language schools
Immigration lawyers
Embassies or government agencies
Insurance providers
…are made directly by the client or through third-party payment channels facilitated by us. These fees are not collected, managed, or refunded by A&C Enterprises FZC-LLC, and any concerns regarding those payments must be directed to the respective institution.
3. Refund Eligibility (Our Consultancy Fees Only)
Fees paid to A&C Enterprises FZC-LLC cover only our professional consultancy services.
A full refund may be considered if:
No consultancy work has been initiated; and
No appointments, assessments, or formal preparations have begun.
If partial services (e.g., consultations, document reviews, recommendations) have already been delivered, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Once consultancy services are fully delivered or concluded, no refunds will be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a paid engagement within 24 hours of payment, provided no service work has begun.
If services have commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial refund may apply depending on the extent of work performed.
After 24 hours or once services begin, the engagement is considered confirmed and active.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
Processing may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card used.
6. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent via email to the client within 24 hours of receipt.
